George Coyne, Are there any limits of scientific explanation? – an interview

George V. Coyne, S.J. is a Jesuit priest, astronomer, and former director of the Vatican Observatory and head of the observatory’s research group which is based at the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. Since January 2012, he has served as McDevitt Chair of Religious Philosophy at Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. In 2012 he was a guest of the Copernicus Center for Interdisciplinary Studies at the conference entitled “The Man and the Universe. East, West, South”. During his visit in Kraków he was asked to express his view on the limits of scientific explanation.
